Your kit is constructed of the same non-toxic wood as your TheraSauna® sanded to a smooth finish, and ready for use.

Your kit includes a magazine/paper rack, towel rack with chrome like finished hook, drink holder, and an angled back/foot rest.

Mounting is easy with just a screwdriver and includes all necessary mounting installation hardware.

• Shipping Methods:

  • Most shipments are made via UPS Ground services.
  • Free over-the-road freight service is available for shipping saunas in the contiguous 48 states.

• Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times:

  • TheraSaunas ship within 21 business days.
  • Better Life Saunas ship within 5 business days.
  • Parts and accessories ship within 2 business days, with an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

• USA Shipping:

  • Free shipping is available to the lower 48 states.
  • Additional freight charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii.  Contact TheraSauna for pricing or use Live Online Support.

• Delivery Details:

  • Saunas are delivered curbside by a common carrier. It is the recipient's responsibility to move the sauna to its final location.
  • Additional delivery services are available for an extra cost.

• Inspection Upon Delivery:

  • Inspect the sauna before accepting delivery.
  • Report any damage or discrepancies to the carrier and TheraSauna without accepting the delivery or note the issues on the delivery receipt.
  • Failure to inspect or report issues may limit your claim.
  • Upon arrival, verify model, color, and order details.

• Damage & Missing Items:

  • Any damage should be noted on the delivery receipt.
  • Report missing items to TheraSauna within 7 days.
  • Sign the delivery document if there are no discrepancies and retain a copy.

• Return Policy:

  • Saunas are not returnable.
  • For any issues with your sauna, contact TheraSauna's customer service department for assistance.

TheraSauna Warranty

• Labor Warranty: One-year warranty on labor.

• Controls Warranty: Three-year warranty on the system power supply.

• TheraMitters™ Warranty: Lifetime warranty.

• Indoor Use Only: Warranty is void if the TheraSauna is placed in an outdoor environment.

• Replacement Parts:

  • Limited warranty on TheraSauna replacement parts.
  • Products free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Defective products within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at TheraSauna's option.

• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, abuse, misuse, misapplication, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

• Labor Coverage:

  • TheraSauna covers labor costs by authorized service agents during the first year.
  • Labor costs for disassembly, reassembly, or non-authorized agents are not covered.
  • Routine maintenance and calibration adjustments are excluded from labor coverage.

• Shipping Responsibility:

  • Defective products not repaired by an authorized agent must be shipped prepaid to TheraSauna.
  • The repaired or replaced product will be returned freight collect.
  • Accompanying documents must include sales receipt, proof of purchase, and contact information.

• Original Purchaser: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser. It does not apply to products used for industrial, rental, or commercial purposes.

• Exclusions on Damage: Warranty does not cover claims arising from misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, improper installation, exposure to fire, excessive heat, or natural hazards.

• No Liability for Consequential Damages: TheraSauna is not liable for special or consequential damages or injury related to product use or installation.

• Purchaser Responsibility: Purchaser is responsible for providing access for service and covering costs for removal, reinstallation, and shipping to/from the factory.

• Service by Authorized Dealer: In-home service is available only if purchased from an authorized local dealer. Purchases from online retailers require defective parts to be sent to TheraSauna.

• Deductible: A $100 deductible applies to TheraMitters™ and system power supply repairs after one year, per incident.

• Jurisdiction: The warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, with jurisdiction in Scott County, Iowa, USA.

• Warranty Card:

  • The warranty card must be completed and returned within 30 days of purchase to validate the warranty.
  • Failure to return the card voids the warranty.

• Exclusion of Implied Warranties: No implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose apply unless specifically described. TheraSauna's liability is limited as stated.
