Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sauna Nook, we're dedicated to providing you with unparalleled return options. You can cancel your order free of charge at any point before it's shipped out (though there are some exceptions, as outlined below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you find yourself needing to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can ensure you receive a full refund before your order departs from our warehouse. You can contact our agents during business hours at (578) 332-4111, or utilize the chat feature on our website, or email us at Support@saunanook.com anytime.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

It's important to note that custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. These products are specifically crafted for your order, commencing production as soon as your order is placed. If you're unsure whether your order falls into this category, don't hesitate to get in touch with us via message or phone call.

All sales are considered final for custom made and made-to-order items.

Refunds & Returns

Our return window is 30 days from the shipping date.

Only unused items are eligible for returns. 

Should you need to exchange your product, we're here to assist.  However, please be aware that you, as the customer, will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

Due to the rising costs of LTL/freight shipping, outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee in addition to return shipping expenses. Depending on the product, we may be able to offer assistance in covering some of these costs if you're replacing the item.

Shipping Times

We're committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided on our product pages for your convenience. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.

Please Read Carefully

By making a purchase from Sauna Nook, you are acknowledging and agreeing to adhere to the terms outlined in our Exchange Agreement:

  • Our return window is 30 days from the shipping date.
  • I understand that I am required to inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage by providing photos and descriptions to Sauna Nook within 24 hours.
  • I acknowledge that I am responsible for the costs associated with return shipping and the shipping of a new product in the event of a refund or exchange.
  • I understand that products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition, and that a restocking fee may apply.
  • I recognize that once my order has left the warehouse, a full refund may not be possible.
  • I understand that any return initiated after the shipment has occurred will incur return shipping fees and potentially restocking fees, typically around 25% of the product's value.

Damages

Upon receiving your item(s), please take a moment to inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If any damage is observed, it should be noted at the time of delivery. In the event of damage, please provide photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and SKU, along with a brief description, to Support@saunanook.com. Claims for freight damage must be submitted within 24 hours of arrival, with any punctures or visible exterior damage reported within the same timeframe.

Warranty

Warranty coverage varies depending on the manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for warranty details. It's important to note that warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Damage that occurs upon arrival and is not reported within the timeframe indicated above in the "Damages" paragraph will not be considered eligible for warranty coverage.

Returns

The Sauna Nook default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

All of our products have guaranteed warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details. 

BOGO Promotions

In the case of buy-one-get-one promotions, both items must be returned to receive a full refund. Partial returns may result in store credit or replacement, with return shipping charges and potentially restocking fees borne by the buyer. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Chargebacks

Our team is dedicated to promptly resolving any issues that may arise. We've designed our policies to be fair and equitable, aiming to provide the best possible resolution for our customers. Any customer found to be engaging in fraudulent chargebacks will be held accountable for theft. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us for assistance before pursuing a chargeback. We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for choosing to shop with us!

Order Changes & Returns Policy Order Cancelation Policy

  1. 1)  Up to 14 days from order entry – you can cancel the order without penalty

  2. 2)  After 14 days, a $65.00 cancelation fee will apply (item #: ORDCAN)

  3. 3)  Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be canceled

  4. 4)  For all Canadian Timber Collection products, Dealers will have 24 hours to cancel the order for

    the $65.00 cancelation fee (item#: ORDCAN)

Order Change Policy

  1. 1)  Up to 14 days from order entry – you can edit/change the order without penalty

  2. 2)  After 14 days, a $65.00 edit/change fee would apply (item#: ORDCHA)

a. Examples: adding removing products, adding removing options, changing the ship to address, changing the shipping method, etc.

  1. 3)  Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be edited or changed

  2. 4)  After the product has shipped, if the Dealer/Customer wants to change the ship to address, a

    $250 fee will apply (#ADDCHANGE)

  3. 5)  For all Canadian Timber Collection products, Dealers will have 24 hours to change the order for

    the $65.00 change fee (item#: ORDCHA). After 24 hours, the order can not be changed.

Return Policy

1) Our stated return policy is: We do not accept returns
a. It is very expensive to return products back across the border

2) If a product must be returned to the factory, the following will apply:

  1. 20% Restocking fee

  2. Dealer/customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs to the factory

  3. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition

  4. Leisurecraft will inspect the product upon return and Leisurecraft will be the sole

    decider of the condition of the product and the amount of the refund

SunRay

Return Window: Saunas can be returned within 20 days from the shipping date.

Condition: Sauna must be in new and resaleable condition, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and crate.

Damaged Returns: Returns with damaged packaging due to improper repackaging may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Non-Defective Returns: For returns due to customer remorse or reasons other than product defects:

  • A return fee will be charged.
  • The return fee includes both original and return shipping charges.
