This is a well built, easy to assemble sauna. I use it every day. Takes about 30 minutes to heat to 120 degrees. I then use it for 30 minutes at 135. Energy consumption is akin to running one load of laundry through the dryer. Total steal for this price!

Delivered with care, easy to set up with 2 people. It heats nicely but I prefer temp to 135 to get the sweat. Great healthy escape from the world for awhile and feels so nice after a good sweat.

From the curbside delivery, to the palletization, to the packaging, to the instructions for assembly, to the quality of the product. This sauna is great quality, and I plan to use daily! In 2 days, I have already used 3 times, and it is greatly helping my lower back pain issues. I love it!!!

Love this unit. Heats up fast and has balanced heat. Smells good. Since it is wooden, we sit on a towel and put a back support in the lower back. Very happy. Not hard to assemble.

I did my research. I wanted a sauna with good reviews, that would get to 150 degrees, would fit 2 people, and had great customer service and this one delivered! This sauna is my favorite thing about my bathroom remodel. get it. you wont regret it.

I don't know why I ever hesitated! This sauna is fantastic and has everything you need. Bluetooth speaker with great sound, led light above, where you can choose reading light or color, and it's beautiful! While the description says the max temp is 140 degrees, I am consistently using this sauna at a temp of 150 degrees. Definitely roomy enough for one person, 2 would be a stretch. Highly recommend!

Great little sauna!! Good price and pretty easy to assemble. The only terrible part was the delivery, they left it leaning over and it toppled over breaking a few items in our landscaping. Very glad the item itself did not break.

Absolutely beautiful

This was a really big purchase for me, admittedly, but it was totally worth it for my family and I. We figured it comes out to about $10 a day to own this, and four of us use it daily. It's so big and so powerful that 10 minutes is all you need...I usually do 5 minutes on my front and 5 minutes on my back. I find it gives me a ton of energy, helpsme recover from my workouts, boosts my mood, and helps me sleep much deeper. I just love it. I would highly recommend this panel to anyone who is looking for a powerful red light therapy unit from an awesome company...their customer service is top notch as well. They respond super fast if you have questions.

I wanted a no-frills red light and this Hooga is perfect. It puts out a lot of power but is budget-friendly. I use it almost daily. If I decide to get another, Id definitely buy from Hooga again!
