I bought one for my wife and myself but mostly I bough one for my wife�s brother that is recovering from a 30 hr. brian tumor surgery and is having trouble organizing thoughts and is having a lot of difficulty sleeping - well after 3 weeks of using the hat for just 5 minutes a day before bed he is starting to sleep better and if he wakes up and has trouble getting back to sleep he does another 3 minute and is sleeping much better which is helping all the other problems - so i would say it is helping him very much so far.

Just the hat is too small for my head that wont hinder function.

So it's been around 4 months since I purchased the cap and I can now confirm it is working and reducing my hair loss. I was sceptic but I was also using some topicals so I assumed the cap was just nice to have but not doing much. I realised I was wrong last week when I went on a 12 day holiday without the cap. In a week, my hair loss was noticeable- not extreme but from losing less than a handful of hairs a day, it was suddenly more. As i still used the topicals rigidly, I realised it was the cap that was making the difference! Since I'm back and back to using the cap, my hair is back to max handful of shedding and my hair is feeling much softer and lustrous.

Several months ago, I purchased this sauna for my wife to help her recover from surgery. We have both used it once or twice a week. It was a great purchase. Sauna Nook was great to work with. Installation in our master bathroom worked out great.

Products look great but a metal bucket is not practical for a sauna. My hand was sizzled when I tried to pick it up. Make sure you get a bucket with wood or other material that does not absorb so much heat.

15 min per day. Scalp irritation improved. Hair looks great. Watching for new growth. One month so far.

From the start of the ordering process to delivery and assembly everything went smoothly. There was a moment when we needed three people when we got to the installation of the door. The directions are pretty easy to follow. I like that we could just plug it in with no upgrade to the existing outlet. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this product!

I like that this Sauna heats up quickly and that no special wiring is needed, just plug in and your ready to go!

This is a well built, easy to assemble sauna. I use it every day. Takes about 30 minutes to heat to 120 degrees. I then use it for 30 minutes at 135. Energy consumption is akin to running one load of laundry through the dryer. Total steal for this price!

Delivered with care, easy to set up with 2 people. It heats nicely but I prefer temp to 135 to get the sweat. Great healthy escape from the world for awhile and feels so nice after a good sweat.

Love this unit. Heats up fast and has balanced heat. Smells good. Since it is wooden, we sit on a towel and put a back support in the lower back. Very happy. Not hard to assemble.

This entire product experience is top notch! If I could give 10 stars I would. From the curbside delivery, to the palletization, to the packaging, to the instructions for assembly, to the quality of the product. This sauna is great quality, and I plan to use daily! In 2 days, I have already used 3 times, and it is greatly helping my lower back pain issues. I love it!!!

I did my research. I wanted a sauna with good reviews, that would get to 150 degrees, would fit 2 people, and had great customer service and this one delivered! This sauna is my favorite thing about my bathroom remodel. get it. you wont regret it.

I am fascinated with my sauna, the heater works very well and it is easy to assemble.

I don't know why I ever hesitated! This sauna is fantastic and has everything you need. Bluetooth speaker with great sound, led light above, where you can choose reading light or color, and it's beautiful! While the description says the max temp is 140 degrees, I am consistently using this sauna at a temp of 150 degrees. Definitely roomy enough for one person, 2 would be a stretch. Highly recommend!

Great little sauna!! Good price and pretty easy to assemble. The only terrible part was the delivery, they left it leaning over and it toppled over breaking a few items in our landscaping. Very glad the item itself did not break.
