The Hooga Health Blaze Red Light Therapy Panel brings powerful red and near-infrared light therapy directly into your sauna.

Unlike standard red light therapy panels, the Hooga Blaze is specifically designed for use inside traditional and infrared saunas. Its IP65-sealed aluminum housing, high-temperature components and dual internal cooling fans allow it to operate in sauna temperatures up to 194°F (90°C).

The Blaze features 768 medical-grade LEDs delivering four wavelengths of red and near-infrared light: 630nm, 660nm, 810nm and 850nm. With a maximum irradiance of 185 mW/cm² and a large 36.6" × 12" panel, the Blaze provides excellent coverage for full-body red light therapy sessions.

Independent red and near-infrared controls allow you to choose the wavelengths you want, while adjustable brightness, a built-in timer and optional pulse settings give you complete control over your session.

At 36.6 inches tall, the Blaze is Hooga's larger sauna red light therapy panel and is an excellent choice for 2–4 person saunas and larger sauna installations where greater head-to-toe coverage is desired.

Treatment Guidelines

Hooga Health Blaze Red Light Therapy Panel

• Distance: Position yourself approximately 6–18 inches from the panel, depending on your session and desired light intensity.

• Wavelengths: Use red light, near-infrared light, or both together using the independent wavelength controls.

• Brightness: Adjust the red and near-infrared channels from 0–100% to suit your session.

• Timer: Set your session from 1–20 minutes using the built-in timer.

• Pulse Mode: Near-infrared light can be used continuously or with the optional 10Hz or 40Hz pulse settings.

• Sauna Use: The Blaze is designed for use in both traditional and infrared saunas at temperatures up to 194°F (90°C).

• Hydration: Stay properly hydrated before, during and after sauna sessions.

• Handling: Do not touch the metal housing while it is hot. Allow the panel to cool before handling or removing it from its mount.
